Proof of concept
We can design, 3D print and also cast urethane models of your design in all ranges of shore hardness from soft feel polymer, which can be used as a seal, through to hard, impact modified urethane samples that can be drilled or tapped. These samples can then be used to field test your design.
End of Arm Tooling
We can design and build specialised End Of Arm Tooling directly from the CAD model of your tool or part and simulate the automation without even going on site. This cuts time and money by testing and changing designs quickly during the development phase before manufacturing the EOAT. Saving large amounts of expensive modifications.
Quality Images Rendered
At Prior Designs we can create better than Photo quality images of you project, moulded part or assembly. This is a great way to showcase the idea or project to your customer or colleagues before going that next step.
